Scott Porten
Scott is President and co-founder of Porten Companies. Scott has been involved with the Development of nearly 3,000 homes in Florida as well as in the Washington DC metropolitan area. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor. Scott graduated from Emory University.
George J. Coren
George is the Chief Financial Officer of Porten Companies of Florida, responsible for all of the financial operations of the Company. Prior to joining the Porten Companies, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for several of South Florida’s leading homebuilders. George also practiced public accounting with Touche Ross & Co. in New York City and then KPMG Peat Marwick in Miami, Florida. George graduated from Boston University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lennie Farinas Smith
Lennie is the Vice President of Operations of Porten Companies of Florida, responsible for all of the sales, marketing and administrative operations of the Company. Prior to joining the Porten Companies, she served in sales and marketing for one of South Florida’s leading homebuilders. Lennie graduated from the University of Florida.
